Scam Alert Notice

Beware of fraudulent communications falsely using the Triage Investiga name.

Triage Investiga wishes to alert the public to fraudulent communications — including emails, messages, and documents — that falsely claim to originate from our firm. These communications misuse our name, logo, letterhead, and address in an attempt to deceive recipients.

Our Official Communications

All legitimate correspondence from Triage Investiga is sent exclusively from email addresses ending in “@triage.id”. We will never contact you from public email domains (such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook) for official matters, nor request payments to personal bank accounts.

What to Watch For

Fraudulent messages often allege legal violations, copyright infringement, debt collection, or some other urgent matter, and pressure you to respond quickly, click a link, open an attachment, or transfer money. Treat any such message claiming to be from us with caution.

What You Should Do

  • Do not respond, click any links, or follow any instructions in the message.
  • Do not open suspicious attachments or share personal or financial information.
  • Verify that the sender’s email address ends in “@triage.id”.
  • Delete the message immediately.

Report a Suspicious Message

If you receive a communication you believe falsely claims to be from Triage Investiga, please report it to us so we can take appropriate action.

Triage Investiga takes the misuse of its identity seriously and will pursue appropriate legal action against those responsible.
