Building Trust Through Whistleblowing: Triage's WBS Training at Morilee New York

Whistleblowing is more than just having a policy and a reporting channel. It’s about creating awareness, building trust, and empowering employees to speak up to prevent fraud in the workplace.

As part of its Whistleblowing Services, Triage goes beyond developing WBS policies and reporting channels. The service also includes WBS awareness materials, such as posters and banners, as well as training for employees to ensure the smooth handling of any subsequent internal investigation arising from such reports.

Recently, we had the opportunity to have Emman Marpaung CFE, CFCS, Cert.III deliver a Whistleblowing System training session for the employees of Morilee New York in Indonesia, one of our valued clients.

What stood out was the enthusiasm and active participation of the employees throughout the session. Their questions, attention, and willingness to engage made the training truly meaningful.

After a long day of unending meetings, seeing such positive energy in the room was a refreshing boost—even for the trainer! 😊
