This week, Triage Investiga Partner, Emman Marpaung CFE, CFCS, Cert.III participated in the BritCham Indonesia Technology and Digitalisation HUB event: ‘Indonesian Personal Data Privacy: The Law, Implementation, Obligation and Risks’ at Conference Hall WTC 3. The guest speakers, @Nico Angelo Putra Partner at SSEK law firm, Fetri Miftach, the Director of Professional Services at Xynexis and Minn Tun, the CEO of Bhumi Varta Technology, spoke about the law, enforcement and compliance. The participants learned about regulatory landscape to navigate complexities and uphold privacy standards effectively.
